Adventures with
Jody & Me Llamo Altanero, a.k.a. Junior, began when he and Jody did their first ACTHA competitive trail ride. It was the perfect venue to display how versatile the Peruvian is on the trail and in competition. Therefore Junior became an ambassador for the Peruvian Horse breed doing 10 rides in 2010. The North American Peruvian Horse Association (NAPHA) recognized his achievements and thus he became the NAPHA NATIONAL HIGH POINT TRAIL HORSE.

When auditions for ACTHA's AMERICA'S FAVORITE TRAIL HORSE were announced, it was a natural step to sign up. With a flawless audition and a fun freestyle, Junior was one of only 100 horses nationwide chosen to be on the new reality TV show.
