Here is Jody over the last fence to win Reserve Champion at the 2004 GSDHJA Championship show and concurrently cinching the overall year end Championship.
Jody Hamaker Childs began riding at age seven and was teaching (even adults) by age thirteen. By being in the right place at the right time, she has trained with Calvary Officer, four Equestrian Olympians and even a famed equestrian "movie star." Her focus has been on hunter-jumpers but in recent years she has expanded to include western pleasure and Paso (gaited) horses. Jody's life goal is to provide solid horsemanship education at an affordable price. Jody's specialty is training the horse through the rider. She understands the value of "lessons learned" for children by working with horses; lessons of patience, persistence, responsibility and delayed gratification for hard work.

Jody has riding programs to suit most anyone from beginner to advanced level riders.


Jody produces champion riders: Here is Ashlyn La Pittus winning the prestigious two round Green Rider Hunter Classic at the 2005 GSDHJA Championship show.
